Our story begins in Kondoli, in the heart of Kakheti — Georgia's most celebrated wine-growing region.

Kakheti Agro LLC is a family-owned vineyard and wine producer established with a simple purpose: to grow quality grapes from our own land and create wines that genuinely reflect their Georgian origin.

Our single vineyard in Kondoli is home to old Saperavi vines, that have been part of this landscape for decades. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Alazani Valley and the Caucasus Mountains, the vineyard benefits from the distinctive soil and climate that have made Kakheti the centre of Georgian winemaking for centuries.

From this vineyard comes Madli Wines, our Saperavi red dry wine brand.

The name Madli carries a meaning close to the spirit of Georgia — gratitude. It represents our gratitude for the land that nurtures our vines, for every harvest it gives us, and for the winemaking heritage passed down through generations.

Our Saperavi is produced from grapes grown in our single vineyard in Kondoli. Our old vines produce grapes of exceptional character, giving the wine its depth, richness and distinctive expression.

Madli Wines represents our approach to Georgian wine: respect for the land, respect for indigenous grapes and a desire to share the character of Kakheti through every bottle.
